CHRIST the One to SEE: Six looks at the Lord Jesus Christ will get us all the way! From lost to saved: “Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!” (Jn 1:29). From death’s despair to resurrection hope: “Behold My hands and My feet, that it is I Myself” (Lk 24:39). From deformed by sin to transformed by grace: “But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord” (2 Cor 3:18). From the start of the race to the finish line: “Looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross” (Heb 12:2). From present suffering to future glory: Stephen said, “Look! I see the heavens opened and the Son of Man standing at the right hand of God!” (Acts 7:56). And finally from earth to Home Sweet Home: “Looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ” (Titus 2:13).
