CHRIST the WORTHY ONE: “You are worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honor and power” (Rev 4:11). Walk worthy of the glory to which you have been called by God: “You know how we exhorted, and comforted, and charged every one of you…that you would walk worthy of God who calls you into His own kingdom and glory” (1 Thess 2:11-12). Walk worthy of the honor of serving and pleasing the Lord Jesus: “For this reason we…ask that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; that you may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing Him, being fruitful in every good work…” (Col 1:9-10). And walk worthy of the power of love that binds us together as one in the Spirit: “I, therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you to walk worthy of the calling with which you were called, with all lowliness and gentleness, with longsuffering, bearing with one another in love, endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace” (Eph 4:1-3).
