“All the days of the afflicted are evil, but he who is of a merry heart has a continual feast” (Prov 15:15).
Misery is a communicable disease; don’t be the kind of person who brightens up a room by leaving it. But if I choose to be happy today, the broken-hearted will be nourished when around me.
