CHRIST the TRUE ONE: “Teacher, we know that You are true…” (Mt 22:16). He is the True Illuminator: “That was the true Light which gives light to every man coming into the world” (Jn 1:9). He is the True Life-Giver: “…My Father gives you the true bread from heaven. For the bread of God is He who comes down from heaven and gives life to the world” (Jn 6:32-33). He is the True Fruit-Bearer: “I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser. Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit” (Jn 15:1-2). He is the True Revealer: “And we know that the Son of God has come and has given us an understanding, that we may know Him who is true; and we are in Him who is true, in His Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God and eternal life” (1 Jn 5:20). He is the True Evaluator: “These things says the Amen, the Faithful and True Witness, the Beginning of the creation of God: I know your works…” (Rev 3:14-15).
